2. 禁忌提示 | Taboos：
   – 仪式前移走其他宗教神像（佛、基督等）
   Remove statues of other religions (Buddha, Christ, etc.) before ceremony.
   – 孕妇、宠物避开焚符环节
   Pregnant women and pets should avoid the talisman burning process.
3. 隐私保护 | Privacy：
   – 生辰八字仅用于表文撰写，仪式后原件焚化
   Birth data used only for scrolls; originals incinerated post-ceremony.
   – 房屋影像资料加密存储，7天后删除

一、净宅说明：

1. 什么是净宅？

净宅是源自中国道教与民间信仰的仪式，通过特定法事清除房屋内的负面能量（秽气、煞气、残留执念等），调整风水磁场，并邀请神灵护佑，使住宅转化为洁净、安宁、聚吉的「生气之所」。

2. 什么样的房子需要净宅？
   • 新房：空置房屋易积阴性能量，需建立与居住者的能量联结。
   • 二手房：清除前任住户残留的气场、记忆甚至灵体干扰。
   • 事故宅：曾发生重病、死亡、争斗等事件的房屋。
   • 异感宅：入住后常做噩梦、物品莫名移位、体感阴冷压抑。
   • 租住房：频繁换租客的房屋，气场混杂需定期清理。

3. 为什么要净宅？
   ① 化解建筑本身的形煞（路冲、穿堂风等）

二、服务流程

▍第一阶段：远程「灵视探秽」

• 室内灵视探秽：主要是看房子里是否有邪祟，必需请开了阴阳眼的师傅对房子每个房间进行查看

1.1没有邪祟：看完每个房间，一切安好。

1.2若有邪祟：师傅会描述有多少数量，大概的情况，做好物料准备

1.3灵视探秽拍摄流程(拍视频)：

1.3.1、洗手（净手），再开启屋内所有灯

1.3.2开门，向门外迈出一步，拍门外180度的景

1.3.3在门外深呼吸1次（净心），进门并关门；从进门处开始，每个房间都拍，手持稳定点，尽量一次性拍完，保存视频

1.3.4附一张房屋平面图，如果没有的话，手绘也行，标出东南西北

• 建筑物形煞：主要看屋外有没有路冲、门冲煞、破财煞等，做好物料准备

备注：提供居住户主生辰八字

第二阶段：净宅前准备（3-7天）

1. 提供户主信息：居住户主生辰八字信息，年、月、日、时（公历），国家、城市、年、月、日、时，师傅会自己转农历；例，美国、纽约、1982年、3月、6日、15时26分，如果不知道具体几点钟，请自拍一张没有化妆且清析的面部照片
2. 定制法器快递礼盒（所有物料都要念经诵咒才能装箱）

• 朱砂黄符纸套装（含净宅符、镇宅符、聚财符）
• 一次性烛台+定制香、烛
• 师傅手写《净宅表文》
• 在线发送仪式教学视频（含禁忌说明）
• ✨备注：快递采用道教云纹封条，由户主洗手后开启

 

▍第二阶段：净宅法事（可远程连线道长协助）

• 开坛请神

穿道教文化衫（提前寄送），点好2根蜡烛，3支香（一次性烛台），面对香、烛三鞠躬（建议2个人净宅）

• 开门、开窗敕水净场

打开所有门、窗及衣柜门，用葫芦内（寄送）的无根水喷洒房屋内所有角落，

• 燃符破秽

点燃净宅符投入一次性锡纸盆中燃烧殆尽，15分钟后关上所有的门、窗及衣柜门

注意：然烧完的灰要放在屋内72小时，然后才能把灰倒入花盆

• 封宅纳吉

在门框上张贴定制的符纸（贴在出入平安的春联后），请直接粘贴

• 疏文焚告

打开师傅手写的黄纸表文，对着香烛朗读，读后焚烧黄纸表文，

• 仪式结束

等蜡烛、香燃烧结束后，才可以收拾倒入垃圾箱

注意事项：

• 如果在家里有供神、佛、基督的在仪式开始前请先移到前外，因为该仪式法力灵气比较强，防止伤到屋内其他神、佛或仙。
• 净宅符然烧完的灰要放在屋内72小时，然后才能把灰倒入花盆
• 装敕水的葫芦，用完可以挂在客厅内有辟邪镇宅的作用
• 道教文化衫可挂在衣柜内，也有镇宅辟邪的作用
